Thanksgiving is less than a week away, so it’s only right that one of today’s monsters should be served up on a platter. Created by gifted sculptor Evan Campbell and entitled Funeral Meats, this impressive and thoroughly unsettling creature was made using gelatin:

“Carcass I sculpted and painted made out of gelatin. It is the same type of gelatin used for making jello but has a stronger tear strength - similar to gummie bears. Roma Plastalina clay sculpture, 3-piece Ultracal 30 plaster mold, cast in gelatin and airbrushed with acrylic adhesive paints.”

Whether you find it horrifying, appetizing, or a bit of both, you’ve got to admit that this sculpture is pretty freaking awesome. Bon appétit!

Nobody could possibly describe this as appetizing, it is the foulest thing I have ever seen (in the most excellently executed way, of course)

I will never tire of Bogleech’s generator

And I never get tired of your art either way! The red eye-pocked flesh clinging off the smooth doll like skeleton is an amazing combination.

Crooked (Orcus) Rot, a stop-motion animation by David Firth, the same guy behind the Salad Fingers series. P:

Oh man, I love how disturbing his animations are. (he’s big inspiration for me, I’d say.)
